Starting April 7, 2026, the institution suspended classes for three days to allow students who did not pass certain modules during the main session to sit again and improve their grades. The examination rooms filled up with students from various departments like Journalism, Advertising, Publishing and Graphic Art, and others, each carrying the weight of a second chance. Invigilators circulated the rows as candidates bent over their papers in concentration, the room alive with the quiet scratch of thoughts. For some, it is a familiar pressure. For others, it is an entirely new experience."I won't lie, it's stressful. Coming back after the main session to sit again is not easy. But I prepared differently this time, and I'm hoping it pays off". Esther, a level 1 Advertising student says. Another student from Publishing and Graphic Art level 2 says "This is my first resit and honestly I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous walking in. But once I sat down and saw the paper, I told myself I know this. I just have to stay calm and write. The three-day suspension of classes reflects the institution's structured approach to the resit period, ensuring students can sit their papers without competing with ongoing coursework.
